external gate location, advantages, disadvantages

im using the hx35 and swapping from internal to external. but im not sure wear i want to mount it to the manifold or the o2 housing.

what are the differences, advantages or disadvantages?

id personally run it off the o2 housing so that way its getting an equal amount of exhaust gas from each cylinder.

You can also accomplish that by buying an exhaust manifold that has the o2 dump off the collector.

very true...i was looking at prices and they seem to be about the same either way
