No start turned into start and die.

I recently bought my 1990 Eagle Talon (base) as a rolling chassis. After replacing a few fuses and a new battery and replaced some blown fuses. The car started for a few seconds and just died.

I noticed i'm not getting any fuel to the fuel rail, I was going to use the fuel pump test connector but I can't find it. I suspect for now that it may be the pump, but I can't find out how to test it.

Also the gas has been in the car for about two years, I plan to drain the gas and replace the fuel filter, but having old gas wouldn't cause the car to not get fuel at the rail would it?

I searched through threads for several hours, couldn't really find anything helpful.

Its most likely the fuel pump. You can hear the fuel pump if it is working, you should be able to hear it when you turn the key to the 'on' position.
