well after posting and searching before I had came to the conclusion I had a boost leak. my car runs rich all the time, and after building boost and shifting, it will drop way down and stall. my throttle body shaft seals and biss o ring were leaking. I fixed that, however, it still does the same thing and runs rich. I did another leak test and... no leaks. Could this be caused by a bad ISC ? Could this happen if the previous owner installed a larger fuel pump and no afpr ? I did a resistance test on the coils of my ISC and it read the 35 ohms on one and 70 on the other, is that bad ? at this point im just frustrated, LOL

Sounds like i have the same problem. Except i can't find any boost leaks but my boost is seeping into my VC. but not throught the PCV valve. and she's running super rich and almost stalling after i rev it. Let me know if you figure something out.

when my car stumbled after hitting boost it ended up being improper spark blug gap.
check youre gap. should be around .028
