ok my ob2 plug doesnt work, so how do i find out what my engine doing? how do i uuse a data logger then? help. or how do i rewire my ob2 plug.

How do you know its not working. You hooked up a scanner? or you are trying with a palm? Are you sure you connected it properly? we need more info. Vague questions, vague answers.

yea i put a ob2 scanner on it and it couldnt contect, so i took it to a tunner shop and they tried and they couldnt either, so the plug isnt working, a little back ground it is a auto to manual change over so if that has anything to do with it

Yes, that probably the problem (the swap). I would first inspect that the diagnostic port has wires running to it, i would try to trace them, to see where they go, and check if they are connected to something.

depending on the scanner you need to go in thru global obd instead of manufacturer specific,
came across this problem MANY times with n/t 2gs
