Well just got the call from the exhaust people saying that the high flow cat that they have there that they are trying to put onis too big. The inlet and outlet are fine 3 inches. The diameter of the barrel on the cat is too big to fit on the car. Does anyone know of or have a small barrel high flow 3 inch cat that they wanna sell? This is extremely important i have to get through inspection LOL. The guys were trying to say, Well if you put a smaller exhaust on there i can put a regular cat converter on it for you. I was like ummm i dont think so. Lol. So yea, if anyone could help out it would be much appreciated. Thanks guys

P.S. Good news is they are fixing the massive hole in my down pipe, and i was leaking exhaust on every flange to the back of the car. They are all fixed =]

i would have them make you a test pipe... other than that i have seen some pretty small hi flow cats on ebay

take the heat shield off the cat and reweld it around your test pipe and then do the CEL fix with the O2 sensor....emissions and visual = passed

Here in Delaware they actually put a device in the exhaust to measure certain value's. If they are too high or too low, you fail.:notgood:
