Alright guys I've been chasing my tail for a few days now trying to figure out why my passenger side window wouldn't roll up or down and I realized I am pretty much a moron haha. It turns out the window lock button on the drivers door does not have continuity when its in the off position. Now to my question - is there a way to bypass the window lock button? I know I can just get one from eBay but since its just the window lock button I'm hoping theres a quick and free fix. I don't see a way to get the module apart without mutilating it. I'm sure I could just solder a permanent connection in place of the switch if I could get it apart. I found this wiring diagram while searching for an answer: http://www.ecanfix.com/users/manualcd/gift/dsm/2g_doorlock_window_circuit_diagrams.pdf

I'm not the best at reading wiring diagrams but does it look like there are 2 wires external from the module that could be tapped together to bypass the switch?

Okay nevermind I figured it out. I took a dremel and cut a little square out of the plastic module that houses the window lock button, power window buttons and power lock button. The piece of copper that gets pushed down by the button wasn't quite making contact with the other piece of copper. I just soldered the the 2 pieces of copper together and removed the piece of plastic that pushed down on the copper piece to prevent me accidentally hitting the window lock button and rendering the solder job useless. Hopefully this helps anyone having problems with their passenger side window like I was having. I should have started here, it was the simplest and most inexpensive thing.

Wow, Nice work. I just got my passenger window to roll down recently but I took a different route and pulled a switch from the junk yard. When I bought the car the window lock button wasn't even there.
