So for the past year that I had owned the car, I constantly have leaks. My front passenger is completely flat after only two days. Mid July, it was the driver side rear, and before that also the driver side rear in the winter. This can't be normal can it? I mean last week my car was sitting pretty on stands for a week. Before she went up, the tire was fine and full of air. Put her down and it was completely flat. Filled it up Monday night and it's flat again. It's still stock rims so I'm not surprised if the 10 years that passed, I would need new ones. Btw, driving in a city full of potholes is also being factored in this.

If you got chrome GS-T wheels the chrome is probably flaking on the bead causing the leak.

had the same problem

Well just had the tire repaired. These tires are still new with plenty of tread left. They were made in the 5th week of 2006. This time it seemed like a split in between the treads and wasn't the valve stem or rim leak. The guy also stated that it was bulging in certain places. I saw it myself and it was a lumpy sidewall. The place it was leaking was not a puncture from what I could see but an actual crack, like old rubber that's been in the sun too long. I'm pretty sure I'll need new tires soon.

I put some "used" (have atleast 95% tread left) Bridgestone Potenza tires on my 92 GST this summer, had them put on by my local tire shop and had them balanced as well. By time I got home (10 miles) the drivers rear was flat. Air it up a good 80 psi to make sure it was seated well and let the pressure out to 40 psi and it was good then. When I was painting my car the driver side front tire started hissing, the lip on the wheel was slightly bent, so we beat it down and now it's good. Most likely your wheels are done for if the lips on them are a little bent like mine.
