2G-specific dsmlink???

ok..i was just wondering if i can still run dsmlink with my setup right now?(in profile). if not, will i need anything else in order to run dsmlink? regulator, 255 pump, maf-t, bigger injectors, ect..? i was planning getting dsmlink with the setup i have right now but i just want to make sure if i should.
my safc neo just isn't running right without the karmann frequency. so i was thinking about getting dsmlink or safc2? with my setup what do ya dsmer think..

you can run link on anything, it really doesnt matter what mods you have. permitting it has a eprom. so it looks like you'll be shopping for 95 eprom ecu. you'll get a way better tune on your car than safc can provide and i find it user friendly.

Just get Link and be done with it. You'll never need anything else.

you can def get cheaper than 350. No matter what, it is going to be used, so I would just hit up the classifieds and fine one that looks legit. Call the guy and talk to him, see if he sounds like a prick. If it sounds legit, 200-250 is a much more "normal" price in my experience.

Lol if you think that's cheap, you should buy a Supra. Ebay has some good deals on EPROMs. I bought mine for like $200. There was a sale on DSMLink before as well. Got it for $490 shipped. Shop around first.

Full function has a deal on DSM link and 4 RC injectors for 700. Thats where I got mine. I also got my 95 ecu on Ebay for $260 shipped. When installing the Eprom ecu make sure you switch around your spark plug wires.. If you don't then your firing order will be off and your car wont start. The 95 ecu changes the firing order in the car for some reason.

you need to get on the link fourm. guys are parting out there cars all the time. you will get a good deal on anything. they change setups all the time. but you have to be a link user to get a username. link is great. better for 1g than a 2g. but still better than afc and the guys on there are always willing to lend a hand

Its more expensive because it has been rebuilt. When you buy a used Eprom, make sure that the caps aren't leaking...otherwise you will be spending another $100 to get it rebuilt.
