TD05H WastegateActuator Cant find it

I just boughta 93 talon Tsi awd. when got it i realized taht is was a bit of a dog. well after some friends who had DSM's in the past checked it out they realized the wastegate Actuator arm was lose. iv tryed finding an acuator for but no luck, dealer want 300 for a new one what should i do?

By loose you mean the lever/flapper isn't being completely? Build boost very slowly or later than 3k rpms or so?

If so, I would first try shimming it by placing washers under its mount to move it farther away from the lever.
