Clutch &pedal problem HELP!!!

Hers whats up with my clutch. I dont know if its the slave cylinder or clutch. I bleed the clutch the pedal gets hard which is ok because i got a act max extreme clutch kit with a street disc. After a while of driving the pedal becomes softer and the gears go in hard or dont go in at all. Plus is it normal for act clutches to grip 1/4 from the floor or something is wrong. I keep adjusting it but no use. And i been working on this for days and its disturbing pissing me off.

did you adjust the master at the floor?

vfaq has an article titled "adjustment" in the drivetrain section.

I would assume clutch master dude, Id get a better one. The stronger your pressure plate the more stress on the clutch master.

If bleeding stiffens pedal feel, but then slowly goes soft again, you have a leak. Find it and fix it before you burn you clutch.
