i also have a laser N/t with 4g63

sounds like a broken needle?

take the for screws the insterment panal then take the gauge area off. there are two screws holding it together. after take it out completly and take off the clear panel over it then black benzel then take a needle nose pryer (sorry spelling) and a flat head screw driver and pop off the old needle. replace the needle with a OEM one what you can do the same thing getting it out of a pull a part or parts car. hopefully that will help pm me if u have any questions or my number.

ok so long story short.....i stripped a talon for parts but it was a 1.8. so my 4g63 laser had the talon cluster in it. as soon as i switched them back it worked. um so why wouldnt they be interchangable??? wierd huh they are identical and each one worked in its designated car...:talon::laser:
