sorry i know this isnt the place to ask this but since im new to this i couldnt get this thread in the drivetrain forum.

anyways i didnt know that there was some transmisions thas came with lsd in dsms.
or im i wrog?
anyone know?

i thought lsd came in the trany for our dsms, but its only on the differential for awd then.
got it.
### i was like oh shit how tight, hondas have to buy lsd for there trany when some dsms came with it but i guess not, damn.


now i got another question..my car is fwd and i might go awd but i havent decided yet because ive herd alot of bad things of awd.
now, is it true that when u go fully build or lets say enought whp u can shatter the differential real easily? i dont wana keep buying differential kits everytime
should i stick to fwd and buy lsd for the trany?

Stick with FWD. We beat the AWD in the beginning of a race.
But then AWD pwns us.
Just BUY an AWD. Don't rig it. That's lame and expensive.

other way around... awd is most def better at the launch than a FWD. But as to 1g dsm's question, the stock rear ends for 1gs(except late 94 models) are the 3-bolt rear end which are notorious for breaking. That is why most people with 1g's go find a trashed 2g and take the much stronger 4 bolt rear end off of it. and as for the rear diff. getting owned that's at less at street driven cars and more at track queens from everything I've read.

p.s. AWD is amazing, if you have the time and money to convert do it.

k now......is there any upgrade kits for the differential for the 1g?
ooorrrr would a 2g diff fit a 1g? i dont think it would but does anyone know for certain?
### im seriously thinking about making the convertion. just gota find one in the junk yard .

92-94 have 4 bolts not just late 94. you couldnt put a 2g rear end in a 1g would never work
