i dunno, why people buying those HKS an other brand exhaust???!!! its waist of money, what i did,Iwent to my local exhaust shop, and they did custom exhaust from turbo all the way to the back, and i payed 450$$ plus an 80 bucks for Megan racing muffler,And im very happy, that i did that,i got very nice, deep sound.and it sound way different, then other dsm's,it sound like a got some kind of bigger cams LOL

It should. Both of those systems should tie in to the OEM catalytic converter. Of course, you'd want to buy a larger cat if you want to do your exhaust.

Like 4G63Powered said yes. Where you run into problems is if you were to use a test pipe from Megan racing or Dejon and then try to bolt that up to an HKS exhaust since test pipes are generally designed for use on a full exhaust system from that manufacturer and the points won't match up throughout the system with anything else.

Well, my HKS Catback is installed. Perfect fit and finish. Now I need a down pipe and a test pipe. I'll be test fitting my buddy's Megan Racing downpipe this week and I'll try to figure out what kind of test pipe to use.

Anyone knows if a Pacesetter Downpipe will bolt on? Thanks

the apexi downpipe is longer than a normal downpipe because it takes the place of the stock cat. your best bet is to buy and hks down pipe then you shouldn't have any problems

Well, I got everything hooked up. I ended up using the Pacesetter downpipe with a custom test pipe (vibrant 18inch stainless steel resonator with 1-2.5inch flange welded at each end) and the HKS Hi-Power catback. Hope this helps everyone that is looking around. The exhaust is not loud at all even @ full throttle. The fit and finish of the HKS exhaust is awesome and it doesn't sound ricey at all. All post some pics soon.
