Hey i just bought 2nd gen n/t the prior owner put on dc sports 4-2-1 headers on and it eliminates o2 sensor or a cat sensor i need to pass e check in ohio its a 95 what should i do im throwing egr code to but thats simple please help

I'd check to see if there is a passing echeck within the last year. I had the same thing happen to me when I got my 1g. There was no cat on the car so i put one on and took it to echeck in chardon a few weeks ago and they said that it didnt need to be tested because I had a passing test from january. So I paid $5 for a copy of the test and went and got my plates. So try that and maybe you have a passing test because they are good for a year.

the owner before me never had to worry about e check so it hasent been done he had it registered in ashtubula county so ive heard of dummy sensors but who know is i need it 96 and up must use odb 2 i have the odb 2 connector but i dont know what they will use

When they pull you in the first thing they are going to look for is warning lights; cel and brake light. My brake light was on and i took the bulb out, problem solved. The technician will check to make sure the car has a gas cap and a catalytic convertor. They also scan the vin to gain vehicle info. Then they will hook you up to the obdII reader and see if there are any codes. Then they put you on the dyno and run the car at ~25mph and gain info on the gases coming out the tailpipe with a probe. The final step is the gas cap pressurization. They test the gas cap to make sure it is holding in pressure.

So in short the answer to your question is yes they will use an obdII code reader. If your car isnt shooting out more pollutants than what is acceptable then it will pass.
