So i am looking to replace all the bushings on my car and also the motor and tranny mounts.

Does anyone know what to buy, where etc?

I know it has been asked in the past but keep in mind i dont want pretty blinging stuff i want legit stuff that will last and get the job done. I would also like to be able to buy it in a bundle not all peice meal if possible.

This being said i my current plan is to buy oem motor and tranny mounts, then poly or some other harder compound bushings for the suspension and chasis applications. This is my plan unless im convinced otherwise.

I plan to do track days and autoXs with my car and i dont daily drive my car but i dont want solid mounts as i will probably drive it to local events and not trailer it.

If you have delt with certain inserts or bushings and have any helpful info please advise, and i know theyre a PITA to replace but I am sort of restoring the cars basics before i upgrade anything else so it is worth it.

I concur! I changed my motor and tranny mount inserts with Protane (all 4 of them) and it I felt reborn. The connection between the driver and the engine became soo much more tight. I mean I feal the motor so good now. Also the engine is more steady and doesn't shake as it used to. The only downside is that the vibrations inside are a little stronger up to 2000-2500 RPM but for me personally it isn't that bad. I got used to it. I would strongly recommend that you change yours with polyurethane not with OEM ones especially if you plan a balance shaft removal.

Now I have energy suspension kit waiting to be installed. I only swapped the shifter bushings yesterday. Didn't drive the car yet, but from playing with the shifter it now feels tighter and more..hm..solid.

So my opinion is - go for it man. :)

So, I've changed the suspension bushings with Energy Suspension HyperFlex kit. What I can say is no or almost no difference when driving the car. Handling is slightly improved, but nothing serious. They are not the hardest on the market though so a protane set may feel better on track. Love the shifter replacements though...feels really tight now...
