Just seeing if my Type S should have a vac line here or if i should just cap it thanks.

Just leave that nipple alone. Dont do anything with it just. If you really want to hook it up your going to have put a nipple on the UICP and connect it there. But honestly its not worth the time. Just leave it unplugged, I'v been running mine like that for a year and you will find that 95% of the people on here with the type S are doing the same.
 
The nipple is in place as a "quick release" feature, which helps to push the valve open quicker at lower boost levels when there isn't enough air pressure in the piping to fully open the valve.

1G BOV's have this feature plumbed right into the base of the valve:

The idea here is that the valve may not hold as much boost with the quick release feature hooked up as it would without.....but if you're running a very high boost level (25psi+) on a daily driver, you may hear the occasional "flutter" if you let off the throttle while not hitting your max boost level (i.e.- pulling a slight hill in traffic.)
