Upgrading Turbo, Mani & 02 Housing...

Ill be buying JMF tubular 02 Housing Internal Dump, EvoIII manifold & EvoIIIbig16g soon. Which kind of bolts, screws, washers, gaskets, or any other parts do i need while upgrading all three parts? I want to buy all the parts before taking it apart.

You need

2.5 o2 housing gasket
7cm gasket for manifold
2g or arp turbo bolts
Copper washers for the oil/coolant lines
oil return gasket


But some of these gasket's and bolts might come with the evo3 turbo you are getting

You might want to buy a set of exhaust studs for the engine. Chances are you might break 1 or 2.

Don't forget the head to manifold gasket, wherever you are getting the manifold should have it if it does not come with it.
I would recommend a good set of SS studs for the manifold as well. SSstuds makes the set I have. Will not end up backing out of the block, and they are a tuners supporting vender also.


I would recommend also checking out Forced Performance Turbochargers: FP 16G Install Kit for 2G DSM
16g install kit for a 2g that would make things a whole lot easier since it includes almost everything you are asking for in one kit. Also a great vendor.

That looks good! Do you already have the exhaust manifold hardware I'm assuming? If not, then that is what you are missing.
