Leakdown Test Results have me confused.

For the past month I have been getting blue smoke under boost and idle so I finally got some time off to take a look. After getting 150 across all four cylinders during the compression test I decided its time for a leakdown. During the leak down cylinders 1,2,4 all checked out only 2% psi drop..But when I to 3 is when I started to wonder wtf it was. When I added pressure to 3 it came out of 1?! What does that mean?

im not really sure how it could cross over a cylinder and leak like you said. unless the head gasket is gone and is filling the head with air then getting into the first cylinder but you said that when you tested the #1 cylinder that their was no leaks? so how is another cylinder leaking into it? but did you also pull off the coolant/oil caps listen for leaks or try to see bubbles, you can also listen in your exhaust and intake for leaks also?

maybe your blue smoke isnt coming from the motor maybe its from the turbo?

I heard no air out of either the exhaust or intake manifold..I know I'm kinda stumped. I think im going to do test again and see what happens. My 16g only has a thousand miles on it.

Yeah I re did the leak down and everything checked out..no air getting pasted any of the valves. I just checked my 16g it has very little side to side play no in and out. I checked my licp no oil, no oil residue in the intake pipe or on the compressor wheel. What else could possibly be burning oil.

You might be getting it through the PCV valve, try replacing it.
If that doesn't help then installing a catch can might eliminate the problem.
