New masterand slave installed

Okay I installed a new master and slave cyl along with a extended slave rod. I have blead it and blead it for about 2 hours. I got pedal until I started driving it then it would not shift. unless you found the perfect rpm. What else can I use to help fix this?
 
My buddies is also the same way. Its an auto zone slave on both and the its extended all the way out
 
im betting either the clutch fork is bent, pivot worn or pedal is worn. mine didi the same thing, had all three problems. fixed those and both the slave and master went ROFL
 
X2 on the pivot ball/clutch fork. ALWAYS go with OEM parts for stuff like this.. Just happened to my car like 2 weeks ago. Replaced clutch/pressure plate, fork, pivot ball and all is well!!
 
it was all fine till the master rod bent in half on mine. then put a brand new one on and cant get it right.
 
I run a parts Dept in a very large Body shop. Napa, Carquest and Federated is all we will use.
Autozone and Advance parts are crap. I had techs going through 5 starters, alternators, whatever before getting a good one. If you can't afford the OEM or don't want to pay OEM prices get Reybestos units. I went through the same problem on my car. I finally ordered Reybestos slave and master from Federated and Never had the problem again. Good Luck
 
i also noticed you are using an extended slave rod which is kinda like a bandaid over a gunshot wound... if you get what im saying its a temporary fix that doesnt solve the real problem. That is very typical of a worn pivot ball if you have to use an extended slave rod.
