I have searched and think i've found the solution but want to be sure before spending the money.

I had an XS power fmic with the in and out pipes on the passenger side and it was long routed. I buy a new ebay brand FMIC with short route piping. Everything seems great except my lower pipe on the driver side will NOT meet up with my J pipe. Now because i had long route setup and my j pipe angles TOWARD my passenger side instead of my DRIVER side (short route) do i need a new j pipe??

this is the one im looking at :
EXTREME PSI : Your #1 Source for In Stock Performance Parts - J Pipe (FMIC) Stainless Steel : Mitsubishi Eclipse 90-99

It looks like it bends more towards the driver side to properly meet up with a short route setup.
Thanks for the advice guys!

i went ahead and ordered the J pipe from dejon tool SPECIFICALLY made for my problem.... I think it'll fix the issue. and i've heard good reviews from a couple of the searches i did.

thanks for the info guys

Dejon is good an if you got a problem with there stuff they will fix it fast. I even bought stuff from them intercooler piping an a few months latter decide to change my setup an they would take the pipes back an charge me abit of money an send me the new pipes i need. They told me the extra cost is for shipping the new ones an for taking off the powercoat an putting a new one on the old pipes.
