i was talkin to a guy about an eclipse gsx. he'd let me buy it for $400. its a complete car but minus the motor. he told me he has another eclipse to but its gutted but still has the motor and trans in it. he said he will give me both cars for $800.
do you guys think thats a steal?

yea thats a steal as long as everything you need is there. take what you need then part the other one out and make some money back

Make sure you have a rear diff and axles in there somewhere too.

But yea, for $800 and a weekend, you can have yourself a running car and some cashflow from a part out.

4g63powered- everything is there.

Then, as far as I'm concerned, it's a no brainer. Do it, if you have the room and the time. Make sure the complet shell's good and hasn't been in an accident, though. A good question to ask is: Why doesn't it have a motor in it?

hell yeah I'd jump on that deal, pick which ever one is the cleanest and swap everything from the other one and either strip it and have extra parts, or part the other one out.

yep the only problem is that gotta drive 3hours to get there than take one car back to anderson, In then go back and get the other car. so its gonna be hard on gas since were gonna use a truck
