I'm assuming you have a boost controller right? And get a wideband if don't have one so you can tell what boost is safe. Also update your profile, it would make it easier to help you if we're not whipping through weeds.

Please write better it's hard to read.

If you want to lower your boost than adjust the boost controller and until you get a wideband there is no way of knowing what boost is safe. And do you have an AFC, DSMLink or EMS? How do you control the fuel injection?

Adjust the boost controller to lower boost!!!

And I'm sorry I cannot help you out more, I don't know about your car. All I can say is that you need a wideband, better boost controller later on, and something to control your ECU. It's meaningless to have a fuel system and 450cc injectors if you have no controller.

If you continue to ran your car like this I'm pretty sure you can kiss your engine goodbye.

bad WG? check all the lines for holes and make sure the flaper is not just stuck take the arm on the flaper and see if it moves..

oh and ebay mbc FTL!!! you can get a turbo xs mbc realy cheap look in the classifieds

The simple solution, Hook up the OEM BCS! altho its probly to late! Do it anyways!
As of no boost, you have probly blown off another Vacume/Boost line...
Do a boost least test ASAP!

And for peets sake get some form of Logging and Fuel controller!
Or kiss that Engine good by!

If the actuator isn't opening, check to see if its physically binding on anything. If that looks good, hook up the actuator to a compressor/regulator & apply pressure to see if the actuator move (10-15psi). If the actuator doesn't move it needs to be replaced, if it does move you either have an issue with your source for the actuator, the way the MBC is hooked up, defective MBC, etc.
