Got a 1G!

Picked up my 1993 Talon TSi AWD today for $1200! $350 for a clutch and glass. So total investment of $1550. Not bad for a car with an engine that has 60k miles and 123k on the chassis. But the clutch did give up the ghost on the interstate. Oh well. I knew it was comin.

Thanks! It has a really nice body save for paint is kinda eh, a few little dents, and part of the rear fender is missing. But I am gonna touch all the paint up, pop out the dents, etc. I hope to have it back by this weekend for the Corvette Ralley.

I was so nervous when he was loading it and heading out. I drove it for about 5 miles with a slipping clutch and already love it. I blasted around the interstate on ramp at about 60 and the recomended speed was 30.

Nice find man! Nice wheels too, those are the style wheels I plan on getting someday.

I think that the wheels said REV on the center cap, and k-tech racing around the lip. I also really like them. They are gettin a bit worn looking so I might get them re-chromed or something. Or powdercoat black. That's be sick.
