It looks like it. They say they're an "authorized reseller".
But the price, at $515, is exactly the same as a DSMLink straight from the source, ECMTuning:
DSMLink - Ordering
You also need to have your ECU socketed to put the DSMLink EPROM in.
With that said, it seems that the only thing you're saving is on the shipping- you'll still have to get the socketing done. I, myself, am going to ECMTuning for my package.

One of our supporting vendors is having a sell on DSMlink currently, you'll save some money if you go with them.

Please do yourself a huge favor and get Link from an authorized vendor, NOT from ebay. A few months/years ago, there was a huge deal about some people selling pirated versions of DSMLink. I highly recommend going through ECM Tuning themselves, as if you have any problems, you can contact them directly for the best service and technical support. Going through an authorized dealer when you can get it straight from the manufacturer is asking for one more complication in what should be a simple process.

That action looks funny to me. They show the EPROM ECU in the picture with the software and then put a little line at the bottom saying "ECU Not Included". Plus, that's the 1g cable, not the 2g cable and their feedback isn't that great.

It says in the body they offer sets for both 1g and 2g, so my guess is it's just a stock photo they use for all.
I'd personally go with the vendor 1stgentsi is talking about. Much cheaper and they support the forums!

Just get it from ECM and have them do the chip install, it will save you time and trouble.
I know of 2 people who tried to get link cheap and were ripped off, the first guy was scammed and the 2nd guy had some authorized dealer get link and and do his chip install and the shop screwed up his ECU, it took months to get it straight.

One of those Pirate sellers is Zack Sharkey of Niles, MI. He's posting on this forum and in Classifieds under the account "motorboat" with false information as to his location.
Do not buy DSMlink from motorboat, skate_enjoi, yekrahs, or any of the other name Zack and his scamming brother use.
