big 16-G. looking for the next size up.

i like the gsx as a daily driver. love the spool
of the big 16G. i want to go to the next level. i do
not want to over kill the car with a turbo lag. would
an 18G TD06 be a good next step or should i go
bigger. i am afraid of the 20G because of lag. i drive
in the city a lot and want to keep a good quick spool.

thanks.

Why are you wanting to go bigger on a DD? Just wondering?

I've been running the 16g for almost 2 years now, and I don't think I'd go to anything else on the DD.

But if you go bigger, don't forget about all the different upgrades you will have to do, fuel wise. What are you running for fuel management?

Well if it was me i wouldn't waste $$ on 18g from a 16g, i would go straight to a 50 trim turbo. Im not to familiar with other turbos other than FP because there in my backyard but my buddy runs the FPgreen and i love the turbo hits boost around 3500 to 3800 and is a awesome street turbo, although ppl say it's OLD technology but it works and the car is fun as hell on the street.
