Seal for my bov that seals the UICP? I still have a stock UICP, And there is a rubber piece that seals the BOV to the UICP and it is broken. So i am leaking mad boost from there. Does anyone know where i can get something that will work in there? i tried using RTV but it wont bond to the plastic. thanks.

I'd say go to a auto body and paint store and look for some plastic adhesives! I know for a fact that they have some that will work ### i use to use them when I worked on a body shop. I used them to bond quarter panels together. Sorry I can't remember the name but it comes in two tubes and it turns black when you mix them! Really good stuff!:thumb:

rubberized gasket paper & a tube of 3M yellow weather strip adhesive. Make a gasket to work, put a bead of the weather strip adhesive on both sides of the paper & bolt everything back together. It seals tight, and will hold very well. I've used it on throttle body gaskets, water pumps, one GM intake gasket job. works well. but as soon as you put the adhesive on the paper dont waste much time bolting back together, that stuff drys very very fast.

I will try that, seems like it will work.

Well i have a SSQV bov, I have ben looking for UICP but hey are all over priced. I will wate till i get my FMIC.

If the insert is simply cracked or split down the side, Use super glue. But make shure you align the crack or split up perfectly, as the super glue will bond Immediatly!

Ever super glue your fingers together? Well thats how fast it will bond the rubber...
I use it also on tires when sticks pop or tear them in the woods on trail rides...
