new fmic, possible leak, can't rev above 2k

problem: installed new xspower fmic and car starts and idles fine, but can't rev above 2k.

what i've tried: boost leak tested, didn't hear or find any leaks, but was using at first a bike pump then an electronic tire pump. but i can't think of anymore other problems it can be... everythings hooked up fine, no cel's, just when i try to rev it up, just falls flat and runs rich, around 11's.

do i just need to get a more powerful pump/air compressor to find the leaks?? ### i'm clueless. its most likely a leak right? from what i can read

Neither of those pumps will produce enough CFM to do the job, you need a compressor.

i couldn't rev above 2k when my lic pipe blew off the other day . you got a big ass leak sounds like, and perhaps you can't hear it due to it being so big. forget about a pipe or something?

are they taking the core back and sending you a new one? or was it used?
