Car having problem boosting

Ok so i still have the problem my car doesnt want to boost right. On first gear it wont pass 5000rpms because it boogs. I put my logger and i got they codes.

Fuel pressure solenoid malfunction
turbo wastegate actuator malfunction
cylinder 4 misfire

Im new to the logger but it read

Timing 5/5
Air flow 0.17
coolant temp 199-203 is this ok?

1) Boost leak test
2) Compression test
3) Check spark (maybe get new plugs, as they are like $10)
4) Check fuel (or get injectors cleaned)
