boost help!

would the compression in my cylinders being around 100 - 110 psi each cause me to loose boost? i beleive the compression is supposed to be 160 psi

no and service limit is 121 psi

ok, then what else should i check to see why im losing boost and where should i go to get a service manual cause i guess the one i have was wrong about the compression

no and service limit is 121 psi

Actually that's not the service limit i know it's around 160 or 170 but not sure but 121 is way to low.
So if you have 100 110psi you have a major problem whit your pistons or rings.

ok well i am pretty sure that it is supposed to be around the 150-160 mark so 100-110 is definately way too low. the best place to get a good service manual is directly to the dealer you might pay a little more for it but you can bet on it that everything in it is 100% correct.

so i was right its 121 for the 2.0 turbo

My haynes says 121psi is the service limit on a 1g turbo.

As for losing boost i would recommend a boost leak test. I big enough leak would cause you to lose boost
