wastegate actuator nipple

The nipple to my wastegate actuator for my hahn 16g broke off. The canister is removeable. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Weld it back on. If the hole gets filled, just find an appropriate drill bit and go to work through the nipple's opening. If you look through this thread, you will see Matt did something similar, except on purpose.
