1g N/T Transmission to Turbo Transmission (Mount Questions)

I've searched and I've read the write up by mavisky on swapping a turbo transmission into a n/t car with n/t engine and I'm looking to get a bit more information on the swap. Is it absolutely necessary to swap the front and rear motor mounts? If so, can this be done simply by jacking the engine up and swapping the mounts? If so whats the difference between the turbo and the n/t front motor mounts and how hard is it to change them out?

i am currently running mine with all n/t motor mounts till i get some polys they actually are kinda soft though

I had the nt mounts i did the turbo swap, now i have the poly, runs great.
