so im tryin to get alot more hp then i ahve goin
i just upgraded my turbo to a bullseye 57 trim and put a internal gate on
but i have an extrenal 38mm gate i was using on my old turbo
also i have some evo injectors and a rising rate regulator i just didnt wanted
to put them on ### im afraid of puttin to much fuel in the car
but yeah wiuth my old 50trim and a 38mm extrenal; gate i was pulling way harder
what should i do??

Well, without a mod list i really can't give you any educated advice on what to do. What are you tuning with? You really should fill out your profile as completely as possible unless you're afraid to due to thieves and what not finding your car (it has happened ) Second, going from a 50 trim to a 57 trim is in no way going to yield you "a lot more power" were talking a few ponies maybe 30-45 more tops honestly. The map shows a little more than that but i doubt you will be very impressed with such a slight upgrade.

Also, you say you have evo injectors as an upgrade, well you're going to need more than that to make any substantial power. I don't even know how you didn't blow up using them on the 50 trim, and also, get rid of that internal gate and go back to external! Also before having turbos that size you should have somethingto tune with adn a way to monitor AFR, if not you're going to be new motor shopping really soon. Your car has a rising rate regulator stock, so as long as it's just a 1:1 Rising rate, put that thing on there (unless your pump and ECU are stock and in that case, sell that turbo for a pump, rewire teh pump and get something to tune with)

But honestly, the 57 isn't that much bigger than a 50 trim and is a bit laggier to boot :( I know because i have the 57 trim myself.

I've made good power on it and I've had some rather poor results with it. It did a best of 468 when brand new on a 7 bolt with a 1g head and a BUNCH of goodies to boot

Now with it on my mild fairly stock 6 bolt motor, it did 332 on pump gas at just around 19-20psi after about 15 back to back pulls (they dyno couldn't load my car down enough and i had a knock sensor go bad so that dyno day was a flop) but i still felt the number were respectable with so much heat soak and really conservative timing and AFR's ( i was running 18* max timing and afr's were in the high 10's with the meth running and mid 11's with it of, because i was tuning it to be safe even if i ran out of meth, which robbed me of some power as well )

I'm now back up to running 24psi daily and 30psi here and there on E85 and the car is completely alive again. The 57 trim really doesn't seem to start making good power until about 22psi and over, but you have to be carefull because it will surge hard around 24-25psi if you're not almost completely wide open. I ran it on pump gas at about 18-19 psi for years and there wasnt' much on the streets that could keep up with it even then. Again, it would be easier to tell you what to expect if i knew more about your entire setup

I guess most of this is irrelevant but it's just some of my experiences with this turbo after running it for over 5-6 years now.

ok my mods tothe car r full 3 in exhuast
stock 2g botem end and rebuilt 1g head
i got a walbro 255 a front mount
and ive been tuning using a apexi safc
rite now i have the internal gate of a t28 on the 57trim
before i was pushing out 302 at 14 punds
but rite now i have no boost controller i just ordered a new 1 ### mine broke but still
im not getting as much power as before

Damn, 302hp at only 14psi sounds pretty damn good to me :) I mean there's a lot more there with more boost, but that's pretty good for that low of boost, you were using abotu every cubic foot of air avilable to you :)

Well, it's tiem tto start logging and tuning to see if you can get some better performance out of it, but upgrade those injectors first and get use of a wideband 02.. iF you can't get a wideband, start really rich and watch the anrrow o2 (just to make sure it's at .94 and above..i dont' trust narrow o2's so stay rich) then you can start to slightly lean it out untill you see it pull timing , then richen it back up a tad and log again until there's no knock.. that's teh safest way to tune if you don't have a wideband, but you will get a decent performing tune and hopefully still a safe one too
