Just curious if my car is supposed to make any kind of sound like that. I'm still using the stock 1g maf and stock BOV but when I get on it any I can here what sounds to be swoosh sound? Its not real loud but it is noticeable .

Thanks

With the stock setup, you'll be able to hear the turbo spooling a little bit, then almost a 'sighing' sound when the BOV opens.

The sounds will be more pronounced if you were using a metal intake pipe, and once you begin to up the boost a little as well. Some of the things to make the sound more noticeable for the time being are:

-Hack the aircan.
-Use a K&N OEM replacement air filter instead of a paper filter.
-Remove the silencer from the MAS. This will do nothing to hurt the car's performance.

By the way, that's a clean '90 you have there.
