starting problems

ok first my car was fine then out of nowhere it starts to crank slow but starts now it cranked slow and then completely died while i was driving it and doesnt start again. the battery has juice but the second i turn the key it wont even crank. could it be that im getting no spark?

does it turn over?? r u sure the battery has charge? ried jump startin it?

More sounds like an alternator has gone south - may start and run, but not start again after a run. The brushes in the alternator are worn down to where they may and may not make contact with the communator on the rotor, thus doing the intermittent charging and not charging.

If you got over 160k on the original alternator, it's ready for a rebuild/exchange.

went back to it today and it started on its own but took a few cranks to start, im truly confused now
