Converting a/c over to r134

so i was wondering what it takes to convert my r12 over to 134. and how much will it cost?

Different companies sell conversion kits consisting of the hose, fittings, oil charge, and a couple cans of 134A freon for around $30-$40.

You could also look into a product such as HC12 (could also be labeled Duracool or EnviroSafe) which is a drop-in replacement for R12- no need to change oil or fittings. We sell it at my workplace for $7.49/can.

I've converted 3 or 4 cars over to R134. Just go to Walmart or any auto store and buy a kit by Interdynamics. They have a kit that includes all that you need.
It has a couple of R134 style couplers that you put on your 2 couplers for the low and high side of the A/C.
The R12 in the cars I did had already leaked out. It's against the law to purposely let your R12 escape to the atmosphere. You're suppose to take it someplace that can recover and recycle the R12.

All the cars I did, worked just fine and cooled just fine w/the Interdynamics kit.
