1G Idle with VIDEO

Heres my 92 gsx
Big 16g
550c
255w. pump
full 3 exhaust
S-afc
LC-1 Wideband

My question is, the it idles it kinda blips a little and same if iam holding the throttle down under 30%.
In vid when it goes up to 1,500 thats me reving it a little.
But the way it idles is that maybe the ISC or maybe the egr. any tips would be great.

Aftermarket cams?

and its just when i hold the throttle anywhere below half it just blips a little.

And if i adjust the cam positioning sensor could that smooth it out.

Boost leak test the system. Its possible that an injector is not fireing correctly too.
