New to Group. From the Chi.

So i am new to the DSM world. I am old Honda head who just get tired of putting money into hondas so i thought i would try something new. So i have a 94 eclipse turbo fwd. It has some stuff done to it but i don't know what some of it does. But i am trying to learn and want to learn as much as possible. I get a few questions so far. Like i am having a problem with my car where it won't go past 90 mphs. I don't know why it is doing it. But i am about to change out my clutch and put a new one. So if anybody can help or has any ideals it would be great.
