Okay well I had a bolt stuck in the oil return line from the 16g. I was using left hand drill bits then bolt extractors to get the bolt out....of course i wasn't thinking and when drilling the whole i went thru the bolt then onto the turbo!!! I was like yay finally then i pulled the drill bit out and radiator fluid came leaking out...."oooo" i said that doesn't look like oil. Soooooooooo

BTW this is a slowboys Big 16G

Now i have a hole in my turbo right above the bolt hole. It's pin hole size not very big and i've already come to 2 conclusions as to fixing it.

#1 the easy fix put the bolt back in it. (thinking that theres a pocket that the fluid won't mix with the oil)

#2 pull the whole turbo off and taking it to a welder to weld the hole.

I hope that #1 will do the trick but in any form i gotta do what it takes to get this baby back on the road. I attached the image for u guys to see. TBH i don't want any guess answers i need the truth will #1 work or ill i have to do #2. Thanks for the help!

OH and to add to this i've heard that the 16g's don't really need water cooled. If this is the case i could just take away that part of it and be trouble free.

Note to picture. That pin that sticking out of the hole is the bit i used to extract the hole. It's not stuck in there it's just a refrence

You could fill the hole with liquid steel, or metal epoxy and then once its done drill it out and put the bolt back in it and use it as it is. I dont think welding it or even filling it is required but hey it would probably help you feel better.

I guess there was no real reason to post this but i'm going to go ahead and say it's fixed. After posting this and wondering what i've gotten myself into i went back outside with a flashlight. First i checked the stock T-25 turbo to see what it looked like in that hole. Well it's just an area to bolt the oil return to the turbo it doesn't have an "open area" to let the oil and water mix. So i go under the car and check the 16g and same deal. I have a pin sized hole at the end of the bolt hole that was letting coolant drip out. So i put on some Liquid steel at the top of the bolt screwed it in (pita to do). But it's doing the trick no problems and the car is back up.
