hey guys
so i picked up a 4g63 long block motor for $100. When i pulled the head of i found out that the values are bent so my question is what would be better to get a new head or rebuilt my old one and what would i have to do to my old head to get it really good. Also i want to built the bottom end of the motor like bigger pistons rods and ect.. what should i buy and what would be better to built the bottom end with hight performance parts or just go stock. Any advice would be good thank you

Just go with what you can afford really. I was going to build a 6 bolt 2.3L Stroker but was offered a good price for my 6 bolt and then offered a good deal on a 2.4L Stroker 4g63 Long block so I just went that route. Now trying to determine what turbo to use :p

yea so does anyone know how much does it cost to rebuild a head or is it just better off getting a new one

depends on what you want done i would assume... i'm looking at $900 for a 1g head rebuild for my 7 bolt
