I am currently saving my money to get a new turbo (16 G I think), Front mount intercooler, new fuel rail and injectors and possibly new headers. Does anyone know how much I will have to improve the fuel system to or if I will have to get my computer re-mapped when all of this is done?

You don't need a new rail or "headers".

You WILL need some kind of fuel management solution and larger injectors if you plan on turning up the boost past 15 psi or so.

Holy hell batman. Where are the mods for closing these threads down lately. What i leave and shit hits the fan. Read up on the tech threads, and other threads by the SEARCH. This must have been explained about 300 times on this site.

You don't need a fuel rail upgrade unless you want to run bottom 9's. You don't have headers. You have an exhaust/turbo manifold. If you are going to stay with the 16g I would get a 190lph fuel pump, 650cc injectors, and an safc or chip to control the injectors.

You won't need a new fuel rail. You will need new injectors, fuel pump, wide ban, and SAFC to help with tuning. If you do a front mount you will also need a new bov. But the searching would help. Also these are I-4 engines so it would be "headers". Just call it a manifold. have fun with it though.

I'm to slow. You beat me to it.

To directly answer your question you would only need some injectors 650s would be good and i would go with a walbo 255 fuel pump because it is not much more than the 190 and if you wanted to upgrade to something larger you could. Also an safc would be fine to tune those.
