Need to find a reputable tuner in western maryland. Meth and nos question

Ok so my setup is finally coming together. My major mods are 255hp FP,aero afpr,big 16g,nos wet system,stage 1 snow meth kit,dsmlink,greddy profec B II,850cc injectors. I'm new to tuning, so i obviously dont want to start tinkering with my setup after all the money i've invested. One other question i had was how does meth and nitrous work together. I want the extra kick from the nos, but i still want to be safe when im not sprayin. So could i run my meth with the nos or would it be pointless. Thanks in advance

Are you talking about running the nos just to spool your turbo or acutally running nitrous at boost? How much of a shot are you planning on using? I would try just the meth first before you go messing with the nitrous. How much boost are you setting the meth to spray at?

The meth starts comin on at 8psi right now. It's a 50shot of nos. I was planning on using it in 3rd and 4th gear at boost

until you get the tuning aspect down i wouldn't even bother with that nitrous. Boost and nitrous don't like each other that much unless you have a very precise tune, and i doubt you do.

depending on your meth mix ratio, you might not even have to remove timing. You should be fine with a wet system and a 60/40 meth mix. meth and nitrous are great friends.
Although, fuel has a different volumetric air flow rate(not to mention specific graviry) than meth and n20.
the fuel could puddle in your intake, and that could cause problems.
Some people are using meth in place of fuel in the fogger nozzle!

I'm not saying your mods won't be enough Yeah Dsmlink is great, and all that the greddy profec will do will control boost so that has nothing to do with the nitrous. I'm saying do you have to skills to tune it wtih the nitrous and meth?

Take a trip to Odenton MD and have Extreme Motorsport tune the car for you...very good DSM guys. Extreme Motorsports It will be well worth the trip.
