1g in a 2g CAS issues?? please help

so the car is not getting spark... I turned the cas by hand and can hear injectors clickin and the fuel pump cycles... I have battery voltage at the red wire... The ground is questionable.... with the key off it shows continutiy to ground as .9 ohms, but when the key is switched on the cont. goes to around 18 ohms... I was wondering if this is normal... also, The ecu is getting no rpm signal... any help appritiated... thanks

Im not sure about the ohms but i could be wrong but read that you need the black top cas from 1g

any 1g CAS will work.
