02 housing with atm dump?

ok if i buy a O2 housing with dump tube will it cause my car thats all stock to change at all for the bad? i know some cars if you have the wastegate dump it can be bad for the car if it isnt tuned for that... so if i have a all stock 91 gst and dump the o2 housing to the atmosphere will it have any negative affects?

get a 3inch turbo back first, then worry about the o2 dump, you can dump it with no problems.

No, an atmosphere dump will just be loader when you reach you set psi. It will flow the waste gate gases more efficiently. It really wont make a difference unless you really get on it. Good Luck

yea im buying a 3" turbo back this week!!!
so it wont have any negative affects on the car if i dump to atm. i know it will be louder its fine with me

if you go with the o2 dump, then look into the dump kit at Wastegate Dump Kits : Jay Racing

with my new setup I'll be getting one of those. good luck with everything.

Since you've decided to go with atm. dump, you will feel the difference, big time. My friend had his car with external WG, atm. dump, but it was too loud for him, so he rerouted it back in. Honestly you could feel the difference. the car was like choked. For me the biggest factor in power production in a DSM from exhaust system is the DP. The most gains are seen there. Good luck.
