should i be hitting fuel cut on only 14psi? i have a 98 GST with big 16g(EVOIII)

i have a 255 fuel pump. . . . . have 750cc injectors just haven't installed them yet.

My god people, how many times do I have to say this. Fuel delivery, or lack thereof, has nothing to do with fuel cut! You could throw in dual 255lph fuel pumps, 1600cc injectors running an IDC of 20% and still hit fuel cut. Fuel cut is caused by hitting a preprogrammed airflow cap imbedded in the ECU's code. Typically it's caused by a boost leak, but sometimes you're just flowing too much air as a result of a turbo upgrade. But normally, if you are flowing above the airflow cap with stock injectors, you're going to blow something up first.

Thats weird. Im running a standard 16g at 17psi and havent hit the fuel cut yet. I still havent installed my 190lph yet. Im not saying that you are wrong because I think you are right.
