So i thought that this stutter may have been caused by the blown turbo, but i just installed a good condition 14b with little to no shaft play, and i still get this stutter at approximately 6000 rpm's. Checked the plugs, one was pretty shitty looking (detonation maybe?), so i installed 4 new plugs and i still have this damn stutter. Any ideas?

Replace your spark plug wires. I bet that is your problem. You can check the resistance to see if they are all within the same range. This will usually show considerably higher resistance on the bad wire. That's just what I would do if it was mine.:)
