Lower Intercooler Pipe Size!!! With Big16G

I am getting a custom lower intercooler pipe made tomorrow... What size should i go with? I have the Greddy FMIC and I noticed the lower intercooler pipe is smaller... Is there a reason for that? The guy i bought the intercooler from had a custom lower intercooler pipe made and it was 2 1/4".. Should i stick with that or go the same size as the jpipe? Thanks in advance..

If you stick with the same size you should be ok, i have 2.5 on my upper on my fmic.

i have greddy piping on mine, i thought all of greddy's piping was 2 1/4". if you upgrade to a larger size have it made out of 2.5" mandrel bent piping.

The little "U" shaped pipe that comes off the Greddy FMIC and connects to the "S" pipe is actually smaller than the other pipes. I think it's about 2 inches and all the other pipes in the kit are 2.25"
