Weaker link 2g rods or rod bolts?

Doin an oem rebuild after some bad rings and my hp should be right around the range of 350-375 crank if i guess correctly. So im not going to buy rods when im 400 also im pre-med and have to much school to pay for, but i was thinking arp rod bolts might help, but if the rods will go before the bolts there is no point.
Mods you might ask about
ported evo 3 21psi
arp head bolts and cometic
oem 2g pistons and rods
new acl race rod bearings
fp1x cams basically 264 combo with more lift
stage 1 port job= no valve job just removed casting imperfections.

So basically is it worht 45 to get rod bolts for a little insurance or will my rods crap out first?
 
if its only 45,... why risk it? LOL i would go and get them
