I put in a new slave and master cyclinder a few days ago and the pedal was good and stiff for a couple of day till the radiotor broke. So it sat for a couple of days till i could get a new one. After i replaced it I noticed that the pedal was sticking to the floor again. So i tried bleeding it 3 maybe for times now and the last time we did it for maybe 30-45 minutes and it still was not gaining any pressure. So im not sure where i should start looking now.

Check yours lines and make sure that they aren't any bends that look too sharp (especially near the top of your slave)
Sharp bends = Small cracks

I recently had that problem. You might want a buddy to pump your clutch pedal for you while you take a look along the line to see if you notice it flowing out anywhere.

I'll check some more but i didn't see anything leaking down when i was under there before. The pedal come maybe halfway back up when you push it down and then is just stuck there, then you have to use your foot to pull it back up.

That's exactley what mine was doing. The guy i bought my car from said it was because he just had a new slave cylinder put on it but i highly doubt that was the reason...
I had my car for about 2 to 3 weeks until my clutch went out to a VERY small crack in the line right above the slave cylinder. I would almost bet that that's what yours is doing. The line from the slave to the bleeder valve is about 21 inches long (depending on your curves) and very easy to get to. The lines from the master to the slave though are somewhat difficult to access so you're really going to have to get in there and look in some tight places.

Also triple check that you bleed out all the air in the line. Check the FAQ's for a guide.

ok I wen to the car and i pulled the cap off the resivor and it was really hard to get off like it was sucked on or it had some sort of vaccum on it, also noticed that there was les fluid in there. so where could i buy a ss line?

I am going to agree with Red97EclipseBoy on this one. I had the exact same issue.
First I had all the fluid go inside into my carpet because my Master was leaking!
So I changed the master, then the next weakest link was the slave cylinder, so I changed that, then the line busted where the the slave and the clutch damper meet twice because of the pressure...so I changed the line, and still after all that, the clutch pedal will still stick to the floor ESPECIALLY if I am driving down the Highway at high RPM's. The last thing that I did was change the Clutch Damper, which had no effect and the issue was still there...clutch still stuck. I was fed up and took it to Mitsubishi and turned out that I knew that mechanic that worked there. He told me thatYour Clutch adjustment could be off! Miraculously, he fixed it (For free) by un-tightening the bolt that is under the clutch pedal and adjusting the spacing to make it just right. He said that what was happening is that your clutch was slightly rubbing with the motor causing the fluid to be very hot and thus not providing the necessary pressure. So, the cheapest and easiest solution would be to check your Clutch Adjustment First!
