Hey all, Just wanted to say thanks to the countless number of people who helped me get my car back on the road and running right. With out this site and everyones help i would have never been able to rebuld my motor and do a sixbolt swap. So thanks to all the more knowledgeable people who have helped me along the way. I still have a few small things to tweak with (clutch throw, door/window rattle, minor stuff) but I'm now 500 miles on my rebuilt motor and I'm ####in loving this car.

The awd thing is still quite new to me, kinda a numb feeling as far as what the cars is doing, but I'm re-learning how to drive (last 4 cars have been rwd). I'm am constantly stunned to see just how fast I am going when i look down at the dash. The car fees so smooth i always think I'm going slower than i am. It may not be the fasted car i own but its defiantly the most comfortable at speed.
So thanks everyone for the help! :thumb::talon:

I've always been opposed to converting headlights to the BMW look-a-likes. It's kinda cheese, but they actually DO look good so I can't flame them. :thumb:

Yea man i wasn't sure how much i was gonna like them. But they go well with the black and gray. I dont think they would look as good with others colors. Plus they came with the car when i bought it. along with a new front bumper, 2doors, a spare rear hatch, a whole new motor, spare trans, complete engine rebuild kit with new pistons rods and all the seals.. and a boxes and boxes of other stuff that i probably still haven't gone through all for $1,500. not to bad.

Yea the AWD thing is very odd.. I'm having the hardest time getting used to it. In the dirt its great fun, i cant believe how quick it is but I'm still having a hard time getting it to rotate when i want it to. getting off the snow tires will help with the feel a good bit. But then i can't practice in the dirt..

as for the list of previous cars... 94 camaro, 88 rx7 (turbo), 91 240sx (sr20), mr2 turbo 300whp(for sale)
so I'm big on the rear wheel drive thing... and now i have a car i cant drive with my feet... its a whole new world.

any tips are welcome..
