You could possibly cut your hand on the rusty supports under the dash and get tetanus. Other than that, you will be just fine.

Btw, 2g auto/manual ecu's are interchangeable, the tranny is controlled entirely by the TCU.

However, if you had a 1g it would be a completely different story since auto's had 390cc injectors. 2g's all came with 450cc . It should run just fine
